This application calculates your Bio Rhythm, a recurring cycle starting from your birth that encompasses Physical, Emotional, and Intellectual aspects, each with respective cycles of 23, 28, and 33 days.

The Bio Rhythm graph visually represents these cycles as sine waves. Days where the rhythm phases transition from high to low or vice versa are flagged as Caution days, indicating potential instability in your body's state.

• Usage Instructions:

1. Main:
Top section: Displays User Name, days since birth, and birthday. Middle section: Shows the Bio Rhythm graph; settings can be adjusted via the menu. Bottom section: Provides the percentage breakdown of each state.

1. Menu:
Select User: Add, select, delete, or edit users in the list. Change Date: Customize the date for checking. Today: Quickly navigate to the current date.

1. Add User, Edit, Delete:
Add: Access via the menu to add a new user to the list. Edit: Edit user details from the User List interface. Delete: Remove users from the list via the User List feature.
